Guardian Angel Program

Extra support for greater peace of mind

Available only in Phase 4, this program is designed for independent residents who want more continuous support. Your loved one can move freely throughout the residence while enjoying discreet and safe guidance.

What’s included:

  • Two meals per day
  • Medication management and administration
  • Biweekly housekeeping
  • Vive-Alert bracelet for safety
  • Weekly bedding laundry
  • Weekly clothing laundry
  • Evening visits

With this program, you can have peace of mind knowing your loved one is supported safely and kindly every day.

Semi-Independent Unit

Supporting independence with gentle guidance

These units assist residents who have retained a certain level of independence but require regular support. Your loved one can move freely within the residence while having access to the daily assistance they need.

What’s included:

  • Three meals per day and two snacks
  • Medication management and administration
  • Hygiene assistance (5 days/week)
  • Bath or shower twice a week
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Daily supplementary housekeeping
    (Blog note: This includes emptying trash and checking the bathroom daily to maintain a clean and safe environment and help prevent falls.)
  • Weekly bedding laundry
  • Weekly clothing laundry
  • À la carte services tailored to the resident’s needs

Assisted Living Unit

A safe and adapted environment for non-independent residents

The assisted living unit is designed for residents with significant loss of autonomy, often related to cognitive or motor impairments. The environment is structured and supervised to ensure safety and comfort. Your loved one’s movements are monitored so they can participate in suitable activities while remaining safe.

What’s included:

  • Three meals per day and two snacks
  • Medication management and administration
  • Hygiene assistance (5 days/week)
  • Bath or shower twice a week
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Daily supplementary housekeeping
    (Blog note: Trash is emptied and bathrooms checked daily to maintain a clean and safe environment and prevent falls.)
  • Weekly bedding laundry
  • Weekly clothing laundry

    • Supervision and encouragement with meals
      (Blog note: Our team ensures your loved one eats at the right time while promoting their independence.)
    • Supervision and encouragement with dressing and undressing
      (Blog note: We remind residents of the importance of getting dressed in the morning and changing into pajamas at night, while encouraging them to dress themselves to maintain autonomy.)
    • Supervision for bathroom needs
      (Blog note: We encourage residents to use the bathroom before night to prevent accidents.)
    • Supervision for mobility
